Reports Writer

We are currently looking for a candidate who is having keen interest in learning new things. Strong communication skills in the form of both written and verbal English are a requirement critical to this position.

Qualification: Graduate with good English communication skills.

Experience: Preference will be given to people with 1 + years of office experience but fresh graduates can also apply.

Responsibilities:

Reading data from manual forms and enter in provided tool (Training will be provided by senior employees of company)
Making Reports using tool.
Handling amendment request of reports
Making Various types of letters for clients using given templates.
Completion of all relevant paperwork accurately and promptly.
Ensure customer orders are processed in line with company procedures and requirements
Providing other administrative services as & when required

Skills required:

Excellent Communication Skills (Spoken & Written English)
Must be user of web applications and software’s
Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office Excel and Word
Ability to work under pressure.
Good time management skills
High levels of attention to detail and the ability to multitask, even when under pressure
Ability to self-motivate and to work without supervision.
