The Company is looking for a qualified and experienced Operational Trainer who would be working on descriptions and transform these JDs into a checklist of tasks. They should deliver operational/compliance training to ensure site colleagues have the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their role.

Responsibilities:

Conducts training needs assessment by collecting information
Provides training schedules and agendas.
Determines course content and objectives.
Determines system utilization requirements by researching and testing systems.
Prepares training materials and sessions, in groups or individually.
Reports data on completed courses, issues, and absences.
Determines overall effectiveness of programs and training by listening to feedback and making improvements as necessary.
Recruit and onboards new operational trainers
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications.

Requirements and skills

Knowledge in any of the following domains- Sales, Finance and Legal, Technical and Admin, Marketing and Business Intelligence.
Experience with Outcome Based and Competency Based Learning Approach
