Organize Warehouse to Cater for the Efficient House-keeping of Pharmaceuticals stock with zero damage/loss

Stack Goods by Segregating stock as per principal and various batches. Ensure proper labelling on racks, indicating Principals names.

Placing of Stock as per Principal wise, Product wise and Batch wise, to cater for the First Expiry First out rule.

Ensure at least pallets be used for temporary stock storage, no stock should be stored on bare floor.

Ensure temprature controlled products are store in the refrigerators and the drugs requiring below 25 degree C in air conditioned room or any other temprature sensitive products as per instruction of Regulatory Affairs Officer.

Frequently check stock condition and maintain inventory. Regularly carry out complete stock-taking at least once in a month, in coordination with company's Auditor. Record Discrepancies, noted during the stock Audit and discuss with Audit Manager for causes and recovery thereof.

Plan stock receipt, ensuring adequate rack space availability, staff presence for stock handling and unloading from the trucks. Inspect stock , as per invoices/Delivery document, at the time of arrival for any physical damage and shortages.

On Job training of warehouse staff.

Housekeeping and cleanliness of Work area.

Maintaining good relationships with suppliers, sales team and supply chain staff.
