Key Responsibilities

Accounting
Managing General Ledger (GL) and doing accounting entries on a daily basis
Monthly GL reconciliation before month end.
Preparing Vendor reconciliation.
Responsible for closing Trial Balances by the 2nd of every month
Preparing bank reconciliations by 2nd of every month.
Help the Manager in preparation of monthly management accounts

Controlling & Coordination

Ensure proper controls and develop new controls.
Pro-active coordination with other departments and branches across the country.
Manage timely payments.
Manage relationships with banks
Work with Tax Consultant to ensure timely submission of tax liabilities.
Manage annual audits and coordinate with Auditors for timely completion of Audits.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

Hard-working and Team player.
Strong Excel skills.
Very good communication and relationship management with other departments
In-depth understanding of accounting concepts and control systems.
Experience of working in distribution, and logistics companies will be an advantage.
Part-qualified CA or ACCA. M.Com

Salary and Benefits:

Monthly Salary: PKR 80k to 85k
PF, OPD, EOBI, Life Insurance Health Insurance, KPI-based Bonuses
