Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our company. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating visually appealing and engaging content for our brand. In addition to graphic design skills, the ideal candidate should have experience in video editing, social media content creation, and a passion for delivering captivating and beautiful visuals.

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

Develop visually compelling designs, including marketing collaterals, brochures, banners, and other promotional materials.
Create eye-catching layouts and graphics for digital and print media, maintaining brand consistency and visual identity.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute design projects.
Ensure that all designs meet quality standards, deadlines, and project requirements.

Video Editing:

Edit and enhance videos, including trimming, transitions, effects, and audio adjustments.
Incorporate motion graphics, titles, and animations to create engaging video content.
Collaborate with the content team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
Optimize videos for various platforms and formats, ensuring compatibility and optimal viewing experience.

Social Media Content Creation:

Develop visually appealing and shareable content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Create graphics, infographics, and illustrations to accompany social media posts.
Ensure that social media content is engaging, on-brand, and aligned with marketing campaigns.
Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices to drive maximum engagement.

Creative Content Development:

Generate innovative and captivating ideas for content campaigns.
Design visually stunning and unique content that resonates with the target audience.
Experiment with different visual styles and techniques to create fresh and exciting content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative strategies and concepts.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet business objectives.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects.
Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions and team discussions.
Adapt to feedback and make necessary revisions to designs and content.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with experience in video editing and social media content creation.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Corel Suite and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative and visually appealing designs.
Knowledge of social media platforms and their design requirements.
Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
