Responsibilities and Requirements:

Ensure Health and safety and environmental compliance at work site in accordance to the prepared “Work Place Health and Safety plane”.
Perform quality control checks at various work sites.
To inspect processes and work execution to ensure good environment management and H&S practices including traffic management.
Carrying out inspections and risk assessments, and thinking about how risks could be reduced.
Keeping records of accidents and inspection findings. Investigating accidents and recommending improvements to health and safety standards.
Writing reports to suggest improvements.
Advising on use of protective clothing and safety equipment.
Ensuring equipment is safely installed.
Organizing safe disposal of hazardous substances (e.g. asbestos).
Providing training (to both managers and employees) in HSE issues and risks.
Staying up to date with the changes in the relevant laws.
Developing health and safety campaigns and awareness.
Provide trainings and educational support to the project’s employees at induction and during the course of the project
