HR Function
- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing program.
- Develops an incentive based pay plan and updates it periodically
- Updates the HR policy in light of growth of company / group
- Maintains historic HR records by designing a filing and retrieval system : keeping past and current records
- Conducting orientation and training programs.
- Other HR related work assigned by Senior Management from time to time.
Admin Functions
- Overseeing the administration of the company; at head office and project offices.
- Arranging and coordinating with Hotels and vendors for seminars, meetings and workshops
- Oversee the procurement requirement of company and projects.
- Develop healthy and friendly relationship with vendors and clients
- Assist the CEO in administrative matters at group level.
- Other admin related work assigned by Senior Management from time to time.
Potential Candidate Profile
- Seasoned professional with extensive experience of recruiting.
- Must have a positive and friendly personality
- Not afraid to take new challenges
- Must be able to multi task
- Excellent written and spoken English is a MUST
- (This position requires up to 25% travel, including nationwide travel )
