Job Span
- Responsible to supervise and manage manufacturing cycle as per manufacturing schedule under controlled conditions.
- Develop and maintain SOP and work instructions for all newly developed part in coordination with QA Department. Provide training to Labor staff.
- Responsible for Development of multi skills work force
- Monitor, maintain and evaluate manufacturing performance against the set standards.
- Implement individual annual objectives for the department and evaluate the performance against them
- Effective and efficient manufacturing performance reporting and maintain discipline.
