Job Purpose:
The Human Resources Assistant shall assist with administrating the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. S/he will provide clerical and administrative support to Manager HR. S/he will also support Organization’s daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents.
Essential Responsibilities:
16. Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor to meet the Organizational goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline.
Minimum Experience:
Preferably 01 to 03 years in a relevant field
Required Skills:
1. Good Communication skills.
2. Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Self-motivation and ability to work on multiple tasks.
4. Strong team spirit with practical interpersonal Skills.
