We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 2-3 years of experience in recruiting and HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations. The individual should be well-versed in recruitment processes, HR policies, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment:

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Conduct job interviews and provide recommendations for candidate selection.
  2. Employee Relations:

    • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive employee experience.
    • Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
  3. HR Operations:

    • Support HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record maintenance.
    • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
    • Assist in the administration of benefits programs and other HR-related initiatives.
  4. Data Management:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
    • Compile HR metrics and reports to support decision-making processes.
  5. Compliance:

    • Stay informed about changes in employment legislation and ensure company compliance.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  6. Training and Development:

    • Support training initiatives and programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
    • Identify opportunities for professional development and contribute to employee growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS.
