Project Manager/Project Lead

Candidate must have over 4-5 years experience of developing, designing and leading web & mobile solutions Also atleast 1-2 years of experience as Team lead or Project Manager. Other required traits of the desired candidate are as below.

Ability to translate descriptive requirement briefs into standard business requriement documents.
Experience designing software solutions, undertaking R&D and proposing right technical solutions based on suitable technology stack matching business requirements as well as budget and other constraints.
Experience developing and designing web and mobile applications himself.
Experience in work order estimations based on functional points breakdown along with dependent scoping assumptions and limitation for client business requirements.
Expertise defining project goals, scope, approach, task planning and providing clarity on critical-path tasks.
Communicate with clients in a thoughtful and impactful manner that helps foster strong relationships.
Serve as the internal central point of communication around project status, timelines, and risks.
Use Agile/SCRUM or standard software development processes providing IT solutions, offsite and onsite development.
Must be able to switch between these methodologies and should have the ability to tailor them according to the project needs.
Ensure project tasks are completed on time and within scope.
Define, document, and implement project management and engineering best practices and process improvements.
Motivate team members to action; identify common themes, make inferences and draw conclusions.
Create a sense of belonging and ownership among team members; assemble a team with the right mix of skills; coach and motivate team members; delegate responsibility; promote mutual support and interaction.
Strong influencing skills and the ability to interact with management.
