Ø  Working Knowledge of operations, maintenance, deployment and/or integration activities related to complex optical networks, with technical expertise in areas of DWDM, TDM, PTN, SDH, PDH,
Ø  Working Knowledge on HUAWEI (OSN 8800, OSN 3500, OSN 7500, OSN9500, OSN 6800) and ZTE (ZXMP S200, S380, S385, M900) and HUAWEI switches and router.
Ø  To ensure the quality parameters like KPI and SLA are met for various services, Reporting and analysis of KPI, SLA and OLA.
Ø  Handling maintenance / uplifting activities in OLT, FDH, and Joint Closures/ODFs. Planning and implementing preventive maintenance activities. Monitoring network performance and maintenance.
Ø  Analyzing fault clearance and providing feedback to concern section for enhancement. Network Development, Device management, System Development etc.
Ø  Surveying Cable routes, estimating materials requirements for Installation & Commissioning of Etisalat FTTH Network, Optical Distribution Frame (ODF Rack), Wall mounted cabinet, mini ODF, fast connector, Internal Distribution Point (IDP) and Exchange overhead cable tray.
      As PMO/Coordinator in Operation & Project norms):
