Prapare all Import Export documents.
Communication with Indenters/Supplier & arrange of Shipments.
Communication with bankers to open Bank Contract (B.C)/ Letter of Credit (L/C) against shipments & its forward to Supplier/Indenter.
Submit Import & Export Form in WEBOC.
Coordination with banks to release documents of shipments & forward to Clearing Agent.
Prepare file for NOC & submit to DRAP office.
Request for preparation of Duties & Taxes to Clearing Agent.
Bank Endorsement on the copies of Shipping Documents.
Manage the import processes in a cost-effective way with specific Emphasis on imports – including all related tasks.
Manage import responsibilities according to set deadlines.
Ensure the unit’s compliance with the policies and procedures.
Maintain a high degree of professional and ethical relationships with internal clients and as well as external entities.
Prepare all vouchers and handle patty cash.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions
Reconcile Bank statement, vender & Supplier Ledger.
Preparation of Monthly bank & cash reconciliation.
Reconciliation of stock.
Maintaining payable and receivable and their reconciliation.
Maintaining day book.
Maintaining daily management report.
Monthly stock taking of raw material, general item and finished goods stocks and resolve any discrepancy found
Review and maintain debtors & credits status report on monthly basis to ensure that balance is correct and resolving any identified issues
Designed system for cash management (including cash, payment receiving &recording)
Any other task assigned by senior.

Up-to-date in Hand Stock
Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
Perform other stock-related duties
Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in packaging products and materials for storage or shipment: Studies production order to ascertain type and quantity of product, containers to be used, and other packaging requirements.
Inspects products prior to packaging and returns rejected products to production departments.
Observes packaging operations and inspects containers to verify conformance to specifications.
Starts adjust, and repairs packaging machinery notifies the maintenance department.
Trains workers in operation of equipment.
Requisitions containers and other supplies for delivery to work stations.
Performs other duties as described under Production Manager.
Pack, weigh, and label completed items for shipment or storage.
Follow all company guidelines regarding packaging.
Identify and dispose of defective items.
Properly use packaging materials, including hand tools, glues, nails, padding, etc.
Keep complete records of all materials that go through the warehouse.
Maintain a clean work area.
