• Maintaining stock record, dairy and dispatch of official letters.
• Updating inventory lists
• Procurement activities of the Office.
• Receiving and dispatching goods and verifying movements of stock.
• Checking purchase orders against stock levels
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs of storage facility.
• Payments of utility bills, taxes, rent and POL of all vehicles of the office.
• Create and maintain relationships with vendor/suppliers
• Estimate and establish budgets for purchases.
• Review all vendors and suppliers
• Maintain purchase records and others important data
• Banks correspondence, cash deposits and withdrawals and FBR related work.
• Preparation of payroll & Pay slips, leave and attendance record for the staff.
