Deals with employee issues, misconduct, grievances. Investigate properly and make a correct decision.
Coordinate with the auditors during audit especially with (SEDEX & SGP etc.) according to the requirement.
New comers basic data entry in both softwares HCM & VISION plus.
Maintaining employees personal data on master file.
Entry full, half & official duty leaves in payroll software VISION plus.
Preparing Inpage(Urdu) notices as per requirement.
Making new employees attendance card and printing.
Preparing cafeteria bills twice in a month.
Manage the overtime for the employees.
Responsible to resolve non-managerial staff issues (security guards, office boy, gardner, helpers, and sweepers.
Check daily gate in/out activities & registers.
Check daily ammunition register, vehicle register, complain register, staff register, non-managerial staff register, canteen register, vendor register & guest register.
Update non-managerial staff record.
Responsible to deal with daily office & administration matters.
Ensure admin efficiency, proper procedures, implementations of admin policies & morale of employees.
Responsible for communicating with clients, outside vendors & staff members on behalf of employer.
Assign responsibilities to Admin Staff & Ensure the facilities are equipped with supplies.
Preparation and Submission of contribution to EOBI, and PESSI.
