• Responsible to look after the entire planning process, inventory control, warehousing, distribution and Logistics of Men’s & Women’s.
• Manage inventory levels to maximize sales.
• Monthly Audit of all outlets.
• Resolve barcodes error and differences.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and other supply chain activities.
• Investigates problems, finds root causes, and develops solutions
• Frequently visits stores to monitor stock placement, visual merchandising, and placement of branding material.
• Planning’s to achieve sales targets.
• Manage warehouse operations and employees.
• Prepare goods scheduled for deliveries accurately and efficiently meeting tight deadlines.
• Goods receiving note entries in Oracle.
• Ensure all products are accurately received and shipped using Candela & Oracle software.
• Monthly billing of all vendors (CMT) against Goods Receiving Note.
• Manage ecommerce inventory.
• Follow-up all software issues with software house.
• Perform Year ending process on software access period with my team & Software House Support.
• Schedule and review inventory accuracy.
• Maintain and monitor the sign-in and out process for all Brands.
• Evaluate and train staff.
• Complete follow up of bar-coding to all products of all categories.
• Provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers and franchises.
• Daily sales invoicing.
• Receiving and Delivery challan on Daily basis.
• Daily Dispatch/Shipments to whole outlets in Pakistan.
• Distribution planning of product for All Outlets.
• Weekly physical inventory of ware house.
• Invoicing of purchase bill of all Brands.
• Monthly shop wise report of all outlets.
• Calculation of complete production on daily basis.
• All logistics work.
• Working with Courier co Tcs,Dex,Leopard for shipment deliveries to all over Pakistan.
• Daily closing report of All Brands.
• Other duties as required.
