Coordination with Transworld TAC and IP-NOC, in case of any serious and severe issue raised at customer end.
Provide 24/7 support to customer in results of any services degradation.
Share monthly and quarterly reports to line-manager, keep line-manager updated for any customer requirement about layer-2, layer-3 connectivity.
Answer all TAC support calls/emails and record them for reporting purposes.
Deliver tickets support to resolve all issues.
Interects with customers/clients to resolve basic and complex help desk issues in a timely manners.
Install and support for customer/clients premises hardware and software infrastructure.
