As a project consultant, I have been working as a de facto expert in project management. Some of the essential responsibilities include ; collaboration with project team to provide optimal products, develop the product requirements, develop product models , suggest the technology stack suited to the requirements, assist in
designing the architecture of the application, develop requirements related artifacts for better understanding of the product, assist in development of test plan and product validation artifacts, develop and execute project management plan, continuously monitor and control project progress, ensure product quality, suggest software development
methods aligned with organization’s major functions and develop quality management system to enhance organizational effectiveness.

At Qubit Systems, I had been responsible for planning; leading, organizing, and motivating project team to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering projects that provide exceptional business value to the customers. I did manage several concurrent high visibility projects using agile methods in a fast-paced environment that may cross multiple industry verticals. I proactively identified and lessened threats to the success of the projects. I used high level of knowledge and experience to combine traditional project management principles with modern agile methodology to execute the projects effectively. I have successfully managed large, complex, mission-critical, enterprise-level projects with effective planning. The daily tasks included managing budgets, resources and stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives, as well as planning, developing and executing schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.

At Bizexcel, I was responsible for the efficient operations of the projects and provided a centralized approach to improve overall project efficiency by introducing and managing projects through standardized processes. During my tenure with Bizexcel, I did assist the project teams in overall project management functions, provided leadership, coordinated
and managed organizational processes. I was responsible to standardize the execution of projects across the organization. I also provided support, education and training to staff and emphasized the importance of aligning the project goals with organization’s objectives. I was keenly involved in consulting the organization to make the best possible business decisions, provide oversight and leadership in executing projects from planning to completion.

At Discretelogix, my responsibilities were to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the projects. I used to work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule. I was responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects while ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. I was the driving force for organizational development which included the design and implementation of quality management system as per ISO standards. I also planned proactively for risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the project success factors. One of the core duties was to engage the business development team to prepare the project proposals and conduct assessment of the projects.

At Microsol, I was involved in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. I used to define the project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle. I had to define and document project scope, goals and deliverable that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. I was also committed to effectively communicate project expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. One of my job responsibilities was to estimate the resources needed to achieve project goals and draft budget proposals. I used to determine and assess need for additional project staff to make the appropriate recruitment if necessary for project execution. I also used to identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths. I also planned and scheduled project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. I also developed and submitted progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations. I was also actively involved with business development team and provided assistance in closing deals.

At avenir technologies, my duties included administration and organization of all types of projects from simple activities to more complex plans. My responsibility was to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards. I did serve as the link between employees working on the project and clients. I used to directly report to project manager and prepare project status reports, presentations, agendas and minutes, and maintain logs. I also frequently maintained current awareness of the project activities and status. I used to take an active part in the project issue/risk management process by contributing to the identification and prioritization of existing and potential risks. I used to monitor, analyze and report on budgets and forecasts to the project manager and highlight any variances and provide suggestions for resolution.

At Ovex technologies, I was involved in providing Level I & Level II technical support to US based clients including IBM, Mazda motors, Rainmaker, Medrium, American Airlines, Xybernaut, PPM Energy and Charles Drew University. My key responsibilities included managing 1000+ computers across enterprise through control center. I used to troubleshoot
operating system and LAN related issues. I did compile daily/weekly/monthly activity reports for customers and conduct analysis. Other responsibilities included interaction with clients to ensure timely resolution of their issues and meet SLA. I used to provide technical support to customers by troubleshooting computer software/hardware issues and provide independent analysis and communicate to team members. Based on my performance, I was also promoted to Senior Engineer and provided Level II technical assistance in resolving the issues encountered by clients.
