Role & Responsibilities (Current):
Determining, Negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications.
Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met.
Maintain and Implement the overall IMS.
Coordinating Internal Audits as well as External Audits of implemented IMS as LEAD AUDITOR / Asst. MR.
Conduct BSCI (Supply Chain Management System) audits to ensure adherence to BSCI standards.
Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation (CAR & PAR).
Collaborate with Admin & HR Dept. to ensure the implementation of consistent disciplinary action strategies in cases of compliance standard violations.
Verify that all policies and procedures have been documented, implemented, and communicated.
Conduct IMS, Occupational Health & Safety Audits and Awareness Sessions to ensure workers safety and also General Awareness Trainings as Lead Trainer.

Role & Responsibilities:
Responsible to sustain the overall Integrated Management System.
Develop and implement Work Instructions related to major departmental activities.
Lead Internal Audits as well as External Audit activities.
Inspect in-house QHSE activities conduct by departments.
Raise Corrective and Preventives Action Requests and also identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.
Assign and supervise instrument calibration activities conducted by Maintenance Dept. and respective third party.
Ensure the implementation of consistent disciplinary action strategies in cases of compliance standard violations with Admin & HR Dept.
Prepare, Maintain & Conduct Follow-ups of MOM for Management review meetings.
Conduct in-house QHSE Awareness Sessions to ensure workers safety and also General Awareness Trainings as Lead Trainer.
Supervise overall activities concerning to the improvement of on floor safety and hygiene of work force.
Ensure appropriate safety signs are available as per the working requirement of each department.
Any other activities assign by the Directors and GM Plant.
