• Linux System & Network Administration, new server setups, Monitoring, Operations & Maintenance of all business
applications through Application manager.
• MySQL Server installation & configuration, Database Operations & Administration like upgradation, migration,
backup & replication etc.
• Complete System backups on daily and monthly basis with DR-Site. Deployment, maintenance and upgradation of
master slaves DB\'s.

Software Installation, Maintenance and Troubleshooting.
• Experience in Red Hat Linux/Centos / Ubuntu / MySQL / Window Server / VMware ESXI / VSphere deployment,
configuration & troubleshooting.
• Ensure smooth 24/7 operations of IN & VAS System and Servers Log/errors monitoring, troubleshooting in case
of any outage/malfunctioning/system down.
• Resolve customer’s queries/complaints through CRM and ISP management portals.

• Monitoring the FTTx and GPON network also monitor DVB & Wi-max links and responsibility for service alarm
monitoring and alarm management for all FTTx/GPON network services.
• On Call Technical support for running Customer services by Fault finding, troubleshooting and Service problem
restoration.
