• Managing 3 Distributors ( Islamabad/Jhelum/Chakwal) and 1 Direct account ( Central Naval Mart) with a business volume of PKR 22 million on monthly basis.
• Managing team of 12 people with 3 Business Managers, 7 Business Development Officers & 2 KPO’s.
• Responsiable of Primary / Secondary, Weighted & Numaric Targets, agreed bussiness growth (GOLY), effective distribution and productivity, customer services & relations.
• Responsiable to retain & acquire new food service (HoReCa, HELT, B&I, AF) accounts.
