I am a seasoned professional in terms of grants development and well adapted in development and management of grants in the fields of reconstruction, stabilization and infrastructure development, counterinsurgency and violent extremism, Gender development, Humanitarian help to the repatriated IDPs (of both natural and complex emergencies) and other innovative/socio-cultural activities/ currently a part of the response team for COVID-19 at PRCS Pakistan having spent 20 years in this field. . I have worked closely with program, ME, finance, operations staff and the senior management team (SMT) to ensure quality management of post award grants functions. Moreover, supported donor compliance, timely reporting, provided information for proposal developments, project document filing. I am specialized in/Familiar with Livelihoods, Education, Health, Protection, Safety, climate resilience, Economic recovery and development, post-conflict Relief sectors.
Proactively working as a reporting officer with IRC in their emergency project - Delivering Cash Assistance to Highly Vulnerable Populations in Pakistan (DCAP). Currently, responsible for the drafting and compiling the Monthly Progress Reports, Success Stories, Research studies reporting and other programmatic reporting.
I am an active member of Response Team for COVID-19. Undertaking key responsibilities in preparation of plan of action, budgets. Developing and maintaining online databases. Producing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports. Support in developing project tools such as reporting formats with preparation and compilation of all immediate and necessary information (activity photos, Nocs, laisoning and coordination meeting information, monitoring reports, generating other reports, agenda etc) across the Districts of KP and Merged Areas for higher Management and Movement Partners.
• Support SSP field staff to collect and ensure consolidate of Baseline/Midline and End-line data of target school communities and analyses of data based on key SSP indicators/targets.
• Work closely with the SSP teams at Provincial and District branches ensuring that activities, implemented according to the plan.
• Provide regular project reports as required by the Program Management. Ensure periodical reporting of the progress and documentation of lessons learnt and case studies.
• Ensure effective working relationships with SSP team and other relevant focal persons.
• Prepare regular reports on activities, outputs and outcomes and extract relevant reports as required.
• Work on School Safety Framework and guidelines developed by the PRCS, NDMA and other stakeholders for good practices.

• Compile the database of SSCs, ERTs and JYC members participating in SSP
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and monitoring visit reports.
• Maintain the distribution record of school safety Kits, Dignity Kits, MoUs with relevant stakeholders, Photos, Activity Reports, Visit Reports, record Meeting Minutes etc.

· Design mechanisms to track the various stages in the grant file review cycle as well as further streamline the review process.
· Ensuring up-to-date and accurate information pertaining to regional background and overviews for grants; Tracking of grants under development and ensuring timely grant submissions for clearance; maintenance of grant cost tracking sheet and maintaining grants-related correspondence with the donor including liaising with field teams as necessary to provide responses to donor queries; Prepare/Review detailed cost estimates, budget after consultation with logistic unit for the various multi sectoral soft activities.
· Answer and transfer telephone calls, respond to the inquiries of callers or visitors; keep a record of important calls and visits; maintain updated staff lists, emergency numbers and various agency contacts numbers, organize job interviews, advertised jobs in newspapers, made call to the interviewers to confirm their arrivals.
