As Senior Livelihood Officer, I performed the following tasks since Joining Islamic Relief

Technical Support to IRP Peshawar Office Livelihood Project activities to EARN Project, SWRLI, Qurbani Plus and DEC. such as activities designing and its business processes.  
Proposal Writing and Budgeting for UNDP, IOM etc
 Designing and developed KP Food Security and Livelihood Strategy document
 Designing and developed KP Islamic Microfinance Strategy document
Due Diligence and Partnership with Habib Physiotherapy Complex and Its Grant management such as  Coordination between Partners and IRP Finance, Supply chain and EARN and RIDHA Programme team, Preparing grant Documents for Partnerships which includes  
Designing and technical support in implementation for Cash & Food voucher transfer programming.
Designing of Protection and inclusion activities and technical support to EARN and RIDHA Team such as Logical Designing of Assistive devices, engagement for referral mechanism with social welfare directorate NMD
Provide technical support in BVA Review of Qurbani Plus, EARN projects, SWARLI projects.
Finalized all formalities for Rescue 1122 Exposure visits for Government Official
Technical review, inputs and support for Qurbani Plus Business Process, Activities implementation, BVA review and reporting
Facilitate and support Project team in preparing quarterly Interim Narrative reports and monthly reports
Designing and Developing SOPs,, training Kits and TOR for Technical & Vocational Skills trainings for youth and women in NMDs.
Currently developing linkages with Livestock Extension department-KP, Agriculture university and Trade testing Boards for future partnerships, accreditations  and collaborations 

Project Coordinator
I was appointed a Project coordinator for UNHCR Project implementation which involves the following tasks:

Preparation of Proposal and budget for UNHCR for the year 2022 and year 2023
Facilitating UNHCR on Due Diligence of Khwendo Kor both programme and financial. 
Preparation of detail implementation Plan with UNHCR Project teams
Managing KK regional offices project implementation activities and finances
Capacity building of Khwendo Kor 54 Project team members under UNHCR on educational and protection for Afghan Refugees and host communities
Capacity building of 360 Community based schools and follow-up on the school management improvement strategies in coordination with KK Regional Teams.    
Quarterly and Monthly reporting to UNHCR Education and Protection Teams
Networking and linkages with Commissionarate for Afghan Refugees (CAR) KP Chapters, Elementary Education and formal education KP. 
Ensuring education and protection programme of Khwendo Kor adhere to UNHCR define activities
KK Grant management of UNHCR Project
I provide technical support to Khwendo Kor Interest free microfinance project and Coordinating with regional office Bannu and Donor PPAF for monthly reporting.
I provide technical support to Khwendo Kor Technical and vocational skills programmes
Proposal writing for Khwendo Kor Over all programmes and subsequent submission to PPAF, USAID &  NAVTTC etc  

Finance Manager
As finance Manager I was responsible for controlling and finanical management of Khwendo Kor in following manner:

Finanical Management of Khwendo Kor head office from 2020 till August 2022
Facilitating Donors such as UNHCR, NCA, PPAF &  NAVTTC on KK Due Diligence ( Finance and Operations)
Conducting Annual Audit of Khwendo Kor Finanical and Operations & subsequent presentation to Board of Directors (BoD) and facilitated KK {Donor Project Audit)
Managing and maintenance of KK Financial Information system and 34 Banks accounts
Financial Management of Regional offices such as Mardan, Bannu, Peshawar Dir Lower and Haripur  
Managing and Developing investment strategies for KK unrestricted Funds
Donor Coordination and reporting to Donor agencies on quarterly and monthly basis
Financial Management of KK Microfinance Programme and Reporting to Management and financer
Ensuring Taxation and Legal compliance with Consultants and FBR
Preparation of KK Annual Budget and reporting of previous financial performance and subsequent   Presentation to Finance and audit committees of KK Board.
Capacity building of KK Staff on finance &  operations policy and procedures for better documentations
Management of Philanthropist contribution and share utilization reports among them 
Grant management of KK projects, Managing donor Spot checks and reviews on the financial and narrative reporting with Donors.
Financial reporting to donor and KK Management on quarterly basis and as pert donor reschedules
Managing 34 Banks accounts  of Khwendo Kor in all KP districts
Preparation of KK annual Financial Statements and ensuring all records are available for donors, Donor auditors and KK auditor etc.   
Settlements of KK Outstanding balances and Due with donors and FBR etc. 

It was four months assignment with Hashoo foundation where I was assume different responsibilities such as Regional Manager North & General Manager Shine-Plus an Initiatives for employment for trained beneficiaries. I was responsible for the following:

Project Implementation and its detail implementation Plan for UNICEF Project
Capacity building of 500 youth on employment and entrepreneurship on digital skills, livestock, tailoring, retail business etc.
Networking and Linkages with KP government and its subsequent fund pool mapping for partnership and collaboration.
Proposal writing and budgeting for different donors
Private sector engagement for business development and fund raising under CSR  

The Project is focusing on the women empowerment especially widows and orphans. EWIN is a project of Child & Women Development flagship integrated programmes.
I ensure that project is timely implemented andall activities are in compliance with LFA and Project proposal. I develop partnership with private sector as well as public sector for employment and entrepreneurship. 450 Widows beneficiaries are trained on different industrial stitching, beautician courses, Embellished fabric.  more than 41 orphans are provided with higher education scholarship.  450 widows beneficiaries are either self employed and facilitated in job placement with entrepreneurship. 
I developed linkages of Islamic Relief Pakistan with Pakistan Bait-ul-Maal, Punjab Bait-Ul-Maal and BISP for EWIN project Inclusion.
Islamic Relief is now regular member of Pakistan Bait-ul-Maal Women Economic Empowerment Working Group.
Implementation of National events in collaboration with the implementing partners, Primary actors, communities & key stakeholders such as government, elected representatives, universities, service providers and private sector. As Project Coorindator, I 
1. Develop Propject Proposals for Islamic Releif Pakistan such as Heptitus Project, 3 Protection of Chidlren at Risk, Livelihoods Project under COVID-19, Communities resilience on DRR, Women Economic Empowerment, 
2. I develop budgets and reveiw financial reports for the projects cocnerning Child Women Development Programmes. Â 

Managing programme staff and volunteers (national and international) and Implementing partners (IPs) in delivery of country programmes and projects. Developing project proposals and ensuring documentation of projects progress. Identifying new programmes and building relationships with a range of stakeholders including govt., networks, service providers and communities. As a Programme Coordinator facilitate finance in developing project budget, financial reviews and fund transfers to partners’ organizations.

As Programme Manager, I designed Economic Empowerment Programme for women of KP and FATA and contributed in Strategic planning of Khwendo Kor Programmes which are Advocacy, Skills development programme, Micro-finance and Marketing of Women entrepreneurs’ Products. I designed Micro-finance programme for women entrepreneurs and new starters of business and successfully reached to Operational self-sufficiency of Micro-finance branch and make it a profitable entity. I designed trainings evaluation sheets for skill development programmes and micro-finance.

As Finance manager I ensure donor, regional and head office financial reports are tailored on timely basis. Proper Accounting records are kept for long period of time. Conducting External audit of the organization. Budgets are prepared in coordination with programme team and management and subsequently BVAs are submitted to 8 regional offices and management for timely decision making. Grants Management and donor coordination was a key responsibility during my tenure with Khwendo Kor.
