*Assist HR HOD to carry out operations of the HR department including recruitment and selection, training and development, HR Budgeting, performance management, career and succession planning and in general HR policy interpretation/application
* Sourcing & short listing of resumes; conducting preliminary interviews/ tests & pre-employment checks for selected candidates; make arrangements for interviews. Conducting well-planned and professional induction to manage employee’s integration. Handling Employee termination and final settlement process
* Provide Assistance to HOD for labor law compliance in HR related matters; handling inspections by labor department meet their demands, understand their concerns and suffice them accordingly.
* Prepare letters (Appointment, Confirmation, Increment, Transfer, Termination, Revision etc) and company wide Organo-grams. Making Various Reports in order to support in decision making process while coordinating with HOD HR.
