I was stationed as Relationship Manager in DHA Main branch and was waiting for confirmation. Due to corona crisis and the lockdown extended till 14th April the company decided to amicably part ways with many newly joined staff resulting in layoffs of many talented staff due to budget shortfalls.
In my job I was responsible for
Managing existing clients and meeting all their needs
Smooth onboarding of prospective clients
Providing and development of value chains to create linkages between clients of different branches.
Deepening and profiling of new clients and offering most compatible products to them.

Working as CSE in lateral hiring case with career prospects down the road in the last Multi national bank operating in Pakistan. Stationed at Flagship Branch (Tufail Road)
Dealing with HIGH value clients who are very sensitive and demanding in their services versus Core banking Clientelle.
Ensuring discretion and professionalism in handling all client affairs on PRIORITY basis and meeting tight deadlines with efficiency to ensure smooth operations of their accounts.

Issue Tracking and Monitoring Officer:
-Ensure execution of IRAF (Institution Risk Assessment Framework) Bi Annually across bank.
-Arranging and managing meetings and data for use in Issue tracking and Monitoring Working Group & Management Sub Committee.
-Conducting pre and post hiring checks on all newly hired cases on quarterly basis as per Know your Employee policy guidelines.
