Develop techno-commercial offers of chemical treatment regime (for Boilers, Cooling Towers, Chillers, RO, Disinfection, firefighting & Waste Water Treatment Units) and provide the techno-commercial support to the sales & services team. Assist the team in conducting lab trials & the plant trials of the specialty chemicals, let the customers justify that the tested products are the one they\'re really in need of. For project business, coordinate and work closely with teams typically involving contribution from, to ensure progress of proposal are in compliance with the client\'s requirement for their timely submissions. Prepare / propose yearly sales forecast and freeze targets for the entire team in coordination with the President of the company. Hold weekly meetings with sales team to review their performance & plans and get them the needful support to bring growth. Review technical services reports, survey reports, testing & commissioning reports and guide the service / maintenance team, when needed. Formulate Independent KPIs for the entire team and appraise them on their individual scoring. Review fortnight ageing reports & expedite sales team to make sure the timely collections. Attend quarterly business review meetings with President, present quarter\'s update and establish future action plans & competitive strategies. As part of branch operation do manpower planning, prepare budget, monitor / control expenses & attend internal/external audits.
