Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.
Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary.
Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.

Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications.

Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.
Calculate costs of orders, and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts.
Review invoices, work orders, consumption reports, or demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods and to issue work assignments.
Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them to determine product availability and terms of sales.
Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
Analyze market and delivery systems to assess present and future material availability.
Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers.
Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service.
Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders.
Implement new or improved supply chain processes.
Design or implement supply chains that support business strategies adapted to changing market conditions, new business opportunities, or cost reduction strategies.
Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing, or receiving.
Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
Negotiate with suppliers or customers to improve supply chain efficiency or sustainability.
Direct distribution center operation to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, or timeliness objectives.
Negotiate transportation rates or services.
Schedule or monitor air or surface pickup, delivery, or distribution of products or materials.

Relative to Store
Raw Material Inventory Control, and also responsible for ISO Audits of Department.
Arrange to conduct Finalize the Stock Taking at yearly and half yearly basis along with Finance Department.
Maintaining and updating Books of Records according to ISO, Certified 9001, 14001 19011.
Maintain all raw materials and packing materials base stocks, requirement, and preparation of
Purchase Order for Local Imported materials and update in system through Goods Receiving Note.
Working on 1040 Inventories of Imported Local Raw Material Receiving and Issuance physically systematically.
Working on 300 Inventories of Empty Containers Stock Receiving and issuance physically systematically.
Having good command on inventory module of ERP.
Preparing the analysis reports for top level management.
Face to face Communication with HODs through e-mail for current status.
I have conducted Internal Auditor Training according to Certification of 9001, 14001 19011 and also applied in different departments at Berger.
I have participated in the EHS Trainings on RISK ASSESSMENT and ACCIDENT PREVENTION from Berger Paint Pakistan Ltd.
I have also completed the FIRE FIGHTING COURSE in Berger Paints Pakistan Ltd.
I have also performed as Captain Cricket Team in Berger Paints Pakistan Limited.
