Searching for candidates via the Internet/Job boards/Online Communities/Networking Websites, Sourcing CVs from online Job boards, sourcing the right Candidates from different portals like Job site, Monster, Times job, Total Jobs, CV Library, Reed, LinkedIn etc.

Identifying and screening suitable candidates. Ensuring quality of resumes before they are sent to the client
Sourcing candidates and provide shortlisted candidates to clients.
Maintain Excel Sheets for daily activity performance and for managing different roles.
Responsible for creating network through different business portals like LinkedIn and references
Responsible for regular interaction with the clients, understanding the client
