• Coordinate with banks for preparation and submission of documents under LC, DA, DP, CAD, FAFB, and Advance terms to release the payment.
• Coordinate with sales team and get Monthly closing, Quarterly sales report and inform the procurement managers of our distributors to stock condition and Push them to arrange a new order for short products.
• Oversaw the coordination of Ocean and Air shipments for inventory Export.
• Provide high level of customer service, answering questions and resolving problems.
• Coordinate international export shipments for both air and ocean.
• Coordinate cargo pick up/transfer monitor status.
• Review and prepare documentation with accuracy on every detail and aspect, not
Limited to but including customs classification, commercial invoices, and any documentation for export cargo.
• Utilize excel on a daily basic to complete export documents, as well as outlook to send documents.
