 •Assisted in executing complete recruitment & selection process, starting from undertaking manpower requisition from the concerned department until employee onboarding.
• Revamped complete candidate experience process starting from first screen call till the onboarding.
• Processing new appointments, internal transfers, and termination cases.
• Assisted HR Manager in the development and introduction of proactive employee relations and communications programs to resolve previous employees and management issues and restore the credibility and employee-centric focus of the HR organization. 
• Provided guidance to employees on HR policies and processes.
•Update and maintain electronic and physical archiving systems in the unit including personnel files with all supporting documentation, recruitment files, Human Resources policies, regulations, guidelines, and manuals.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
1- Provide support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
2- Initiate, and coordinate the recruitment and selection process as per the requirements of both core Office and regional/Project offices.
3- Annual Job evaluation and Job description reviews.
4- Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place.
5- Ensure effective performance management according to the HH Performance Management system.
6- Ensure facilitation and documentation of the Performance Appraisal system.
7- Provide basic counseling to staff that has performance related obstacles.
8- Identify and resolve HR related issues of the organization in an effective and efficient manner as and when required.
9- Provide support to HR head in the development of procedures were necessary for a view of the gaps in the existing policies of HH.
10- Guide all staff of HH on HR issues.
11- Provide support for disciplinary, grievance issues, etc.
12- Ensure timely preparation of payroll.
13- Manage/coordinate activities related to staff contracts, benefits, training need assessments.
14- Performance evaluation and handing/taking over procedures. 15- Ensure the maintenance of personal records of all employees.
16- Involved in Recruitment & Selection (Both Technical and Non-Technical).
17- CV screening, shortlisting & arranging the interviews. 18- Handling day to day queries/requests/issues of employees.
19- Support the Final Settlements team for effective and timely delivery of HR services.
20- Assist the Assistant HR Manager in gathering and maintaining up to date information in the Human Resource Management System (HRMIS).
