Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
1- Provide support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
2- Initiate, and coordinate the recruitment and selection process as per the requirements of both core Office and regional/Project offices.
3- Annual Job evaluation and Job description reviews.
4- Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place.
5- Ensure effective performance management according to the HH Performance Management system.
6- Ensure facilitation and documentation of the Performance Appraisal system.
7- Provide basic counseling to staff that has performance related obstacles.
8- Identify and resolve HR related issues of the organization in an effective and efficient manner as and when required.
9- Provide support to HR head in the development of procedures were necessary for a view of the gaps in the existing policies of HH.
10- Guide all staff of HH on HR issues.
11- Provide support for disciplinary, grievance issues, etc.
12- Ensure timely preparation of payroll.
13- Manage/coordinate activities related to staff contracts, benefits, training need assessments.
