We are seeking a Senior Java Developer resource that is excited and enthusiastic about his work, as well as competent and professional to become a part of our development team. You will collaborate with software development staff & Hiring managers throughout multiple project life cycles. Responsibilities:

Design, implement and maintain Java-based applications that can be high-volume and low-latency.
Participate in modernization design, planning, and execution to utilize new and exciting technology capabilities.
Ensuring that written code falls in line with the project objectives.
Conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.
Identifying and resolving immediate and potential issues with applications.
Analyze user requirements to inform application design.
Drafting detailed reports on the work performed and projects completed.
Solve complex scalability, platform, and integration problems
Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle.
Perform all other related duties.

Requirements:

3-5 years of proven experience in Java and J2EE.
Have a sound grip on user interface design, statistical analyses, web servers, application servers, databases, and infrastructure.
Substantial experience in architecting and developing complex n-tier (with knowledge of the different tiers), designing and developing applications using Spring MVC, Hibernate, JavaScript, and Java Development.
Strong working experience with API development (Restful and Soap-based).
Proficient in designing the application using the UI technologies like HTML, CSS, JS, Ajax, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Alloy UI.
Strong problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to read and code-review complex code written by others
Excellent communication skills to translate tech knowledge to business owners and experience interfacing with internal clients, external clients, and software vendors.
Mentor other software developers to support their performance and pass on knowledge.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience is required.
