The ideal candidate would be responsible to deal with day to day financial matters like budgeting, reporting and cash flow forecasting, to record all financial transactions and help the teams in procurement, identification of vendors and supplies, arranging timely all Receipts and making payments to vendors and staff in close coordination with Admin & Finance Manager in head office. He/She has to keep the office routine of staff, coordination, office building, staff mobility, access, safety and security protocols and timely arrangements, Vehicles repair & maintenance. He has to receive Monitoring teams from head office and from Donors. He has to keep all data to be well presented to any official permitted by the head office. He has to keep a copy of all correspondence regarding project and Philanthrope activities. He has to maintain office files in an organized way. He has to record every expense on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Knowledge of institutional donor guidelines will be added advantage. Ideal Candidate must have relevant qualification like ACMA/CA/MBA/M.COM with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in managing and reporting multi-donors projects in emergencies. The salary is inclusive of all taxes, medical, insurances, hazard incentive, hardship allowance, social security and bonuses etc. One extra salary will be given upon accomplishments of assigned tasks and maintaining highest standards in a given time frame.
