We are seeking a proficient PHP Developer with 2 to 3 years of professional experience to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in PHP and modern frameworks, enabling the creation of scalable, efficient, and high-quality web applications. This role demands a collaborative approach and a dedication to writing clean, secure, and maintainable code that meets industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain dynamic web applications using PHP and relevant frameworks. Write clean, secure, and reusable code that adheres to best practices. Work closely with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver robust and seamless solutions. Manage MySQL databases, including query writing, optimization, and schema design. Integrate APIs, third-party services, and payment gateways effectively. Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications to improve performance and reliability. Participate actively in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and implement responsive design techniques. Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to continuously enhance development processes.

Required Qualifications
2 to 3 years of proven experience as a PHP Developer. Strong knowledge of Core PHP and proficiency in at least one modern framework such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony. Solid understanding of MySQL and database management principles. Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON data formats. Experience using version control systems like Git/GitHub. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Hands-on experience with the Laravel framework is highly preferred. Knowledge of AJAX and modern front-end frameworks such as Vue.js or React.js to enhance front-end integration. Familiarity with cloud hosting platforms like AWS or DigitalOcean. Understanding of unit testing methodologies and CI/CD pipeline implementation. Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Drupal.

This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs90,000 to Rs140,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
