It is a Medical Billing Company. Individuals with relevant industry experience should apply.
Follow Ups including denial, recoupments also reviewing and appealing unpaid and denied claims and reprocessing EOBs when and where needed.
Reporting all daily posted data per the SOP.
Understanding and working on variable applications and drawing closing reports as per clients’ Instructions.
Identifies and resolves clients instructed queries/concerns.
Daily review of all postings before submission.
Basic awareness of Medical Terminologies to correctly post insurance and patients payments.
All other assignments as directed by the line Manager/Client.
Maintains strict confidentiality adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.
Manage, organize and monitor progress of tasks assigned.
Ensure team members work to resolve issues/verify deliverables.
Provide status reporting of activities and keep supervisors informed of task accomplishment, issues and status.
Document tasks performed daily.
To audit practices, finding and resolving neglected areas.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Strong professional demeanor with the inherent quality to rapidly establish credibility and rapport with clinicians, managers, customers and external groups
Ability to identify opportunities and solutions for process improvement along with the skills of planning and implementation of these solutions.
Knowledge of HIPAA, Information security, Medical Billing, EHR is a plus
To scrutinize & manage the work for the maintenance of precision for billing and collection.
Work on Eligibility, Authorization and referrals
Provide daily, weekly, monthly reports
Maintain & Document the Medical Billing Protocols for assigned clients.
To performed daily tasks assigned on charges entry, payment posting, denial management like denial fixation & resubmissions.
To make calls for payment details, denials, problem resolutions & client issue etc.
To proactively analyze and assure the quality in processes of complete medical for assigned practices/providers
