We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to lead our development team and oversee the production of high-quality digital products. You will be responsible for project management, sprint planning, setting KPIs for team members, and ensuring that all aspects of product development align with our strategic goals. Your role will be pivotal in steering our team of developers, designers, and QA professionals to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of product development sprints, ensuring clear goals and deliverables.

  • Manage a cross-functional team of approximately 10 individuals, including developers, designers, and QA specialists.

  • Define clear KPIs for all team members, aligning with project goals and monitoring performance.

  • Maintain a basic understanding of product design to ensure seamless collaboration with the design team.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Facilitate communication within the team and with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and efficient problem-solving.

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality products through rigorous process management and quality assurance practices.

  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into understandable terms.

  • Prioritize tasks and features, balancing short-term and long-term objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of managing successful software development projects.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a multidisciplinary team.

  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and sprint planning.

  • Solid understanding of product design principles and the software development lifecycle.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.

  • Ability to define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and project milestones.
