PINNACLE is looking for an experienced and professional “Project Manager - Sales” with strong leadership skills and ability to manage, train and develop sales team. He must have experience in the call center industry, dealing with international clients and customers.

Responsibilities:

Individual will assist in establishing call center objectives, provide representatives with opportunities to expand their knowledge of services, train, prepare and motivate team members to provide excellent service to customers.
Analyze objectives and call center metrics, have to meet the defined project deadlines.
Preparing monthly reports and analyzing sales data to improve process, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Authorizing replacements and refunds.
Managing operations and targets independently.
Ensuring team members achieve their targets timely.

Requirements:

8 to 10 years hardcore sales experience is must with proven results.
Proficiency in English communication skills.
Must have vast experience in call center industry working with international clients and customers.
Graduate or equivalent degree (BBA/MBA).
Ability to manage and motivate employees. .
Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Need to manage in-house & overseas team in Australia & UAE.
Know-how of Print & Exhibitions industry is a plus point.
Overseas travelling will be required.

Shift: Night shift

Experience: 7 - 8 years call center and managerial experience.

Salary: 80,000 – 125,000 per month
