Sales Representative

Are you a night owl with a passion for optimizing trucking operations? We're seeking a dedicated CSR professional to spearhead our dispatch campaign during the prime hours of 6 PM to 3 AM. As a vital member of our team, you'll utilize your expertise to streamline logistics, enhance customer relationships, and drive efficiency in our trucking operations.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients within the trucking industry to promote our dispatch services and offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Gather and document relevant information from client interactions to update CSR systems accurately.
Collaborate with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of trucking operations.
Identify and qualify leads, and escalate potential opportunities to the appropriate stakeholders.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for outbound calls, lead generation, and conversion rates.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform outreach strategies.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards while representing Pins Logix professionally in all interactions.
Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of outbound calling campaigns.

Additional Information:

Job Type: On-site

Working Hours: 6pm to 3am (Night-shift).

Working Days: Monday To Friday

Compensation: Competitive salary (50k to 180k) basic with commission and performance-based incentives.
