Must be Hands ON and have own knowledge of machine operation and functionality Preferably on Injection Molding.
Prepare production schedule as per requirement and monitor execution.
Planning,,coordination,, execution and control of manufacturing processes. This includes maintaining procedures & standardization of production system and company policy.
Training of production team to ensure safety and production protocols are communicated, maintained, and monitored.
Plan, develop and implement strategy for production management system to meet agreed departmental performance plans within agreed budgets and timescales.
Design documentation & implementation of lean manufacturing techniques supporting the concept of kaizen (Continuous Improvement) to maintain rejection targets with product quality.
Ensuring that health and safety standards are maintained as per defined company policy.
Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment/machine by liaising with maintenance department.
Communicate regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production along with proposed solutions.
