- Make arrangements and closely monitor the molds change activities intimate and obtain new set up document prior to put the machine in regular production.
- Keep monitoring and suggest feedback to reduce down mold changeover time.
- Ensure availability of mold accessories and submit requirements timely such that mold change over activity may not be affected.
- Arrange issue of raw material from stores as per standard.
- Physical verification of raw material issued and consumed on each machine and rejection quantity.
- Ensure that machines are loaded according to Mfg. planner any deviation /change required to be communicated to HOD.
