Sales Executive - Real Estate

We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record of success in real estate sales. As our Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new leads, closing sales, and building relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our real estate offerings, including properties, prices, and promotions
Generate new leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals
Conduct property tours and provide information to potential buyers
Respond to inquiries from prospective clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Negotiate sales contracts and close deals with clients
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with our overall business strategy

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive with a focus on real estate
Strong knowledge of the real estate industry, including market trends and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet sales targets
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
