KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

According to the regional business development plan, formulate and implement the regional sales plan to ensure the achievement of the sales target
Responsible for the development of new customers and maintenance of old customers in the region.
Responsible for collecting, sorting and analyzing regional market information, and providing reasonable suggestions for regional business layout;
Implement the regional plan of product and brand promotion, and improve regional product and brand influence.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited, engineering background is preferred;
At least 3 of years working experience in overseas sales. Fluent spoken English can be used as a working language
Good communication skills and adaptability, good business negotiation skills
Ability to develop and maintain customers independently
Active, strong self-confidence, and responsible at work
Must have Recruiting and staffing company experience in sales
