§ Assist HOD in improving organization’s market position and achieve financial growth
§ Identify business opportunities
§ Negotiate and close business deals
§ Work in a senior business development position within the organization
§ Work with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to create opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization
§ Meet potential customers, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients and continue to grow business in the future
§ Manage existing clients and ensure they are satisfied and positive
§ Build relationship with inactive members/brokers, present to them, ultimately convert them active members/brokers
§ Ensure proper records are being maintained for all sales & relationship building activities
§ Oversee monthly Management Information System Report (MIS)
§ Oversee development and updating of Business Development Manual
§ Oversee Training Development Program
§ Be prepared and available to work with other departments, or independently as directed by senior management, on assigned tasks in the company’s interest
§ Develop in-depth knowledge of PMEX products, business model, and operations
§ Show initiative and share new ideas with management and colleagues in pursuance of PMEX objectives
§ Work in a cross-functional capacity
§ Direct Report Business Development Unit
§ Managing direct reports, ensuring their optimal performance. Daily supervision and monitoring of staff. Motivating staff and ensuring proper career growth, responsibility, and development. Using resources optimally
