We are looking for a Medical Billing Trainer to conduct training needs analysis, design, develop, and deliver training programs to new and existing employees. Must have proven experience in training fresher’s batch.

Requirements & Responsibilities

Training Specialist will handle all training requirements.
Develops and delivers training materials such as curriculum lesson plans, handouts and slide presentations etc.
Leads the implementation of all training initiatives. Monitors participant’s progress during training and identifies and elevates as necessary issues to management.
Must be familiar with the clinical, practice management, reporting and/or billing functions and workflows.
Excellent understanding in US medical billing with end-to-end process
Strong knowledge on Medical Billing RCM and Accounts Receivables.

Must have knowledge of Healthcare insurance of medical terminologies and HIPAA requirements.
Excellent in English communication skills both verbal & written
Minimum 1 year experience as a Medical Billing Trainer.

Eligibility

Minimum 1 year experience as a Medical Billing Trainer.
Minimum Bachelor's degree.
CPB certification would be a plus point.
Command over health industry-related software tools.
