• Provide administrative support to the office, including managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Interact with clients and visitors, providing them with information about PNY Trainings' courses, schedules, and services. Address any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist individuals in the registration and enrollment process for training courses.
  • Collect necessary information, process payments, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Coordinate training schedules, meeting arrangements, and appointments.
  • Collaborate with trainers, instructors, and other staff members to ensure smooth course delivery.
  • Enter data into relevant systems and generate reports as required by management.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timeliness.

Support to Management:

  • Provide administrative support to the branch manager and other senior staff members.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Ad hoc Tasks: Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the branch manager to support the efficient operation of the office and the overall organization.
