Daily routine user complaint’s resolution and support
Conduct sign on IT related complain report every 15 days, cleaning of IT assets (Computer ,printers, scanners, network switch’s cameras, network routers etc after 1 month
Provider toners to user when needed and cameras installation (IP + Analog) an clean dusty area after 15 days
Laying of network cables for user and CCTV cameras
Maintenance of camera connector, BNC changing, cleaning dusting (mirror + Housing) Lens focusing, power supply changing camera troubleshooting
NVR +DVR installation and troubleshooting
Installation of windows and other designed software in PC and laptops
Troubleshooting of network devices and link hardware
If in case of absence of other it representative, I am responsible to give support to all location
Refilling of toner and repairing of printer, photo copier from vendor at factory premises
