A rapidly growing psychology driven consulting firm with clients in Pakistan and Middle East is looking for a Business Development executive to support them in their consulting business that covers but is not limited to Psychological assessments, personality tests & international certifications.This is not an office based job, the candidate will be working from home with frequent meetups. This role requires a person who can set goals, self-manage and deliver. Comprehensive orientation and training on all the services will be provided.As a client facing Business Development executive, you will
• Maintain and develop relationships with the existing clients in the public and private sector
• Assume responsibility for developing new revenue streams for our flagship solutions through internal and external sales
• Identify, win and close new business contracts with both SME and corporate clients
• Manage the entire sales process from research through to negotiations (tenders/proposals) and closure
The ideal candidate will:
• Possess a minimum of 1+ year's client facing sales experience gained within a corporate environment (C-level sales)
• Have a credible, sophisticated and intelligent approach to sales & business development
Possess first class communication and presentation skills along with the ability to liaise at senior levels within a wide variety of companies• Be on the way up in your career, motivated by reward and looking for a fun, dynamic and autonomous place to work
