We require an energetic Office Assistant at our Lahore office for following tasks:

  • Registering company profiles on various international and national portals
  • Meetings/calls/emails to international/national clients (previous or new) regarding introduction to company and ask for projects
  • Local customer (previous) calls and ask for projects
  • LinkedIn article posting and posts like
  • LinkedIn expert searching for bids/relevant person from concern department for marketing
  • Explore LinkedIn for new and informative article search to post
  • CRM update (national/international)
  • Prepare and update final CRMs for final email marketing campaigns in international markets
  • Prepare and follow market strategy road map for various energy markets.
  • Update various documents and manuals like keywords document, search criteria document etc.
  • Look for international meetings and register in the meetings
  • Create different articles or posts for the social media accounts like Twitter account etc.
  • Search for RFPs/RFIs/RFQs/EOIs on different national and international portals (registered now or previously registered)
  • Prepare and update CVs data base
  • Prepare and update passwords list (portals newly registered + Old portals + any company relevant password update in sheet
  •  Reading proposal and preparing list of questions
  • Discuss internally for the good company to partner with
  • Search geo-graphical based companies for the RFP with relevant skills
  • Email invitation emails to companies with whom we want to partner for specific RFP
  • Handle inter-communication between invited company to partner
  • Coordination with the client in queries and clarifications
  • Writing task lists, Preparing methodologies
  • Updating work plan as per RFP scheduling information
  • Preparing work schedule
  • Preparing and finalizing team for project
  • Get consents from the experts
  • Updating CVs for use in proposals/ RFPs
  • Attending pre-bid meetings in Lahore area
  • Bid submission meetings (bid opening meetings)
  • Prepare financial proposal including cost estimates of remuneration and direct costs
  •  Office administration management includes office maintenance, monitoring and supervision tasks and follow up Admin to call relevant person to repair etc.
  • Interview/meetings with new experts/junior positions for relevant posts as and when required
  • Coordinate project activities as company representative and visit different offices on personal commute.
  • Discuss with internal team and connect communication.
