Creative / Technical Content Writer

At Powersoft19, we are looking for a Technical Content Writer, preferably with a graduation in Computer Sciences or Electrical Engineering. As a technology consulting outsourcing firm, we solve complex technology solutions, and we are looking for a creative mindset with strong technical acumen. As a member of Interactive Media Solutions (IMS), you will have a great opportunity to work with and learn from world-class 3D Artists, Graphic Designers, and animators and at the same time interact with other core engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

Work with internal teams and offshore clients to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements, and create user guides accordingly.
Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information for the greatest reader comprehension.
Generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions to minimize dependencies.
Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately understood and incorporated into the impacted documents.
Review and/or copyedit content developed by other members of the team.
Write easy-to-understand user interface text and tutorials to help end-users use various applications.
