The ideal candidate:

Will work with software teams to make sure project is on track in both budget and time wise.
Must be a graduate of Computer Science
MBA would be a big plus after CS
Must understand Agile Scrum and other software development life cycle methodologies
Must be very good communicator
Must have good written and verbal English language skills
Must demonstrate conflict resolution attitude
Must be a team player
